Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, learners must comply with all stated conditions mentioned below:

• Learners must attend the first live class/session.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the completion of the first class.
• If missing the first live class, then the learners will not be eligible for any refund request.

Cancellation of Refund Eligibility

A refund request automatically becomes invalid under the following conditions:

LMS Access: If a learner accesses, watches, downloads, or uses any class recordings, study materials, software, or digital resources available through the Learning Management System (LMS), refund eligibility gets cancelled immediately.

Refund Deductions

The following deductions apply during refund processing:

• For one-time full payments, 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
• For EMI or instalment-based payments, 15% of the total paid amount will be deducted because of processing and financing charges.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the registered bank account within 10-12 working days from the date of confirmation.

Refunds are transferred through the original payment method used during the online registration.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To raise a refund request, learners need to go to the student dashboard section first. From there, they have to select the relevant enrolled program and simply click on the “refund request” option.
